Are you looking to accelerate your career in the startup and investor world? Since 2013, TechBBQ has grown into Scandinavia’s largest startup and innovation summit. We aren't just a conference! We are the heartbeat of the Nordic ecosystem, built on values of openness, trust, and meeting at eye level.

We are looking for two ambitious Investor Relations Coordinators to join us from April through the end of August. You will play a crucial role in managing the "Day 0" experience for over 1,800 international investors, including Venture Capital Funds (VCs), Business Angels and Limited Partners (LPs)

The Role

As an intern in the Investor Relations department, you won't just be watching from the sidelines. You will be actively building the infrastructure for events like the Investor Day, LP Forum, European Growth Pension & Insurance Summit, Family Office Summit and the exclusive Investor-Founder Dinner and LP Dinner.

Your Responsibilities:

• Strategic Research: help the team to identify and map out key stakeholders and high-net-worth individuals via LinkedIn and industry databases.

• Content & Copywriting: Craft compelling event descriptions, invitations, and social media posts tailored to a high-level professional audience.

• Digital Asset Creation: Use Canva and AI tools to generate social media assets, banners, and presentation decks.

• Stakeholder Management: support the team to maintain communication with our partners, speakers, and VIP guests.

• Event Logistics: Assist in the end-to-end planning of Day 0 activities and the execution of the Investor Lounge during the main summit (Aug 26-27).

• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with our Partner Success Manager to ensure a "five-star" experience for our partners as well as the project managers and event managers in TechBBQ

Who You Are

You are a proactive "do-er" who thrives in fast-paced environments. You understand that the world of finance and tech moves quickly, and you aren't afraid to get your hands dirty to make things happen.

• Networking Natural: You have a high degree of social intelligence and enjoy meeting new people.

• You will find yourself wearing multiple hats at once. Therefore, you can juggle multiple tasks without losing sight of the details.

• Basic understanding of Venture Capital (VC) is a significant advantage.

• You are fluent in English (written and spoken) and can write with professional flair.

• You have a positive attitude and a flexible mindset, especially when things get busy leading up to the summit.

• Hospitality Mindset: Experience in high-end hospitality or service is a significant advantage.
