As we look toward our 2026 theme, "Emerging from Agency," we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Partnership Success Coordinator to join us. You will play a crucial role in managing the journey for over 100+ global partners—ensuring their presence at the summit is seamless, impactful, and professional.

The Role

As a Partnership Success Intern, you are the "guardian of the partner experience." You will bridge the gap between our partners' strategic goals and the summit’s execution, ensuring every deliverable is met with a "five-star" standard.

Your Responsibilities:

Onboarding & Tool Management: Lead partner onboarding using our core stack, including Airtable for data tracking and partner information, Tito for ticketing, and GetAccept for contract management and partner rooms.
High-Stakes Communication: Draft and execute professional mail merges via YAMM and manage daily partner inquiries with professional flair and warmth.
Activation Planning: Assist in the end-to-end planning of partner activations, pop-up stands, and bespoke logistics for the summit floor.
Content Coordination: Manage partner branding across digital assets. This includes maintaining an overview of partner benefits and deadlines.
On-Site Execution: Take a leading role during the summit (Aug 26-27), troubleshooting partner needs in real-time and ensuring all activations are running perfectly.
Strategic Reporting: Depending on your strengths, you may lead post-event analysis reports or spearhead specific partner engagement insights.
