Project Coordinator (Nordic - India)
Help strengthen the Nordic–India startup ecosystem with TechBBQ!
Are you passionate about startups, innovation, and international collaboration? Join TechBBQ as a volunteer and help connect the Nordic and Indian startup ecosystems through the Nordic–India Startup Summit (NISS) 2027.
We are looking for two proactive and organised volunteers to support stakeholder outreach, relationship coordination, and program activities. You will work closely with TechBBQ's Projects team and other departments, gaining hands-on experience in international collaboration and startup ecosystem engagement.
Your Role
Your primary focus will be coordinating outreach to commercial and ecosystem partners across India and the Nordics. As NISS 2027 approaches, your responsibilities will gradually shift towards program coordination, stakeholder engagement, and startup matchmaking.
Your Responsibilities
Coordinate email outreach to potential commercial partners, ecosystem organizations, and other stakeholders using TechBBQ's existing databases.
Manage contact information, outreach trackers, responses, and follow-ups using Google Sheets or Excel.
Identify interested contacts and coordinate introductions with relevant TechBBQ team members.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and stakeholder coordination.
Support program planning, stakeholder follow-up, and event preparations as NISS 2027 approaches.
Assist with matchmaking between participating startups and relevant Nordic investors, corporates, universities, and ecosystem organizations.
Contribute to social media, presentations, marketing materials, or digital outreach activities depending on your skills.
This is an outreach and project coordination role, not a sales or business development position.
We Are Looking for Someone Who
Has strong written communication, organizational, and stakeholder coordination skills.
Is proficient in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel for database management and tracking.
Is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
Has preferably 3+ years of relevant work experience. Recent graduates with strong practical experience are also encouraged to apply.
Is familiar with the Nordic working environment and interested in Nordic–India collaboration.
Works well independently and collaboratively across different teams.
Brings additional skills in social media, marketing creatives, presentations, or digital tools such as mail merge. We are particularly interested in complementary skill sets across the two positions.
